C. OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

Audio-visual materials will be produced for use in refugee camps to promote voluntary repatriation. Administrative expenditures incurred by the working group on repatriation, for the processing of returnee dossiers, visits to places of returnee reintegration and distribution of assistance will be covered.

This project will be implemented by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Interior, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs who will constitute a working group for that purpose. In the provinces and municipalities, the project will be implemented by the peoples' committees with the assistance of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.

The UNHCR Branch Office will handle international procurement and will monitor the distribution of assistance materials as well as the welfare of returnees.
