I have the honour to refer to the Exchange of

Letters dated 21 June 1986 between the British High

Commissioner and the Minister of Communications of

Brunei Darussalam about air services between Hong Kong

and Bandar Seri Begawan and to the Exchange of Letters

dated 1 January 1984 between the British High

Commissioner and the Acting State Secretary of Brunei

Darussalam,

The United Kingdom aeronautical authorities have

noted that the aeronautical authorities of Brunei

Darussalam and of Hong Kong have negotiated a draft

Air Services Agreement. This Agreement has now been

concluded and entered into force on 9 January 1989.
