Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) (No. 3) Ordinance 1988.

Interpretation

2.

Section 2 of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374) is amended— (a) in the definition of "bus" by repealing "14" and substituting "16"; and (b) in the definition of "light bus" by repealing "14" and substituting "16".

Section added

3. The following is added after section 113—

"Transitional provision regarding

public and private buses

113A. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Ordinance apart from this section, a motor vehicle constructed or adapted for the carriage of 15 or
