EC Environment Council.
WHO WILL SPEAK FOR HONG KONG AT CITES MEETING?
It is the UK which is party to CITES and it is UK's rights and
obligations under conventions that have been extended to Hong Kong.
Any reservations that Hong Kong has would have to be expressed
by United Kingdom.
