Commission has issued a

direction under section

26(1), the Exchange Company

may, within 14 days after the

publication in the Gazette of

notice of the direction,

appeal to the Governor in

Council against the direction

decision of the Commission

shall take effect notwith-

standing the fact that an

appeal has been made."; and

(ii) in subsection (2), repeal

"or the decision of the

Disciplinary Committee, as the

case may be,".
