Repeal section 15 and substitute

"Commission may authorize mutual fund corporations and unit trusts

15. (1) The Commission

may authorize mutual fund

corporations and unit trusts

for the purposes of this

Ordinance.

(2) An authorization

under subsection (1) may be

granted subject to such

conditions as the Commission

considers fair and reasonable.".

(c) In section 26

(i)

repeal subsection (2);

(ii)

in subsections (3), (4),

(5), (6) and (7), repeal "or (2) "

wherever it occurs; and

(iii) in subsection (8),

repeal "the Commissioner" and

substitute "an authorized officer

of the Commission".
