(2) For the avoidance of doubt, it is declared that subsection
(1) does not apply to a contravention of conditions specified in a
direction under section 27.
(3)
A contravention of any financial resources rules or such
rules as adapted by any direction given under section 27 shall not
invalidate any transaction.
