109. (1) The Governor in Council may, after consultation with the Commission, make regulations for the better carrying out of the purposes and provisions of this Ordinance and in particular and without prejudice to the generality O f foregoing, for all or any of the following

matters

(a)

the

the applications for registration, renewal Of registration, of dealers, commodity trading advisers, dealers' representatives and commodity trading advisers' representatives, and matters incidental to

such registration renewal of registration;

(b) prescribing the fees. to be paid for registration, or renewal of registration, dealers, commodity trading advisers, dealers' representatives and commodity trading advisers' representatives;

prescribing the appropriate standards with respect to the qualifications, experience and training of applicants for registration
