In my letter of 8 December I said that I would forward any revisions to the papers attached thereto which might arise from comments received from colleagues here.
In fact only a few, minor changes are needed, all of them in Annex A. Mainly for the record, therefore (and, I regret, rather belatedly), I enclose a revised version of Annex A; the revisions
in the sections on USA, Canada and Japan.
Should we perhaps be getting together again to discuss what, if anything, we might be doing here to assist you post-Montreal?
