ECONOMY OF HONG KONG: STUDY BY STANFORD RESEARCH INSTITUTE

We have noticed from transcripts of the PacRim Conference (held in Hong Kong in February) that the study of Hong Kong's economy by the Standford Research Institute, which was commissioned last year, is due to be published in May. Mr Holloway also referred to the Study in his letter of 23 June 1988 to Tracy, DTI (copy attached for ease of reference).

I would be grateful if you could let me know whether the study has been published yet and, if so, whether you would kindly ensure that we receive a copy in due course.
