C. CINCFLEET is to appoint an Operational Commander's Representative (OCR) in the country concerned. The OCR will:

(1) Liaise with the HM representative.

(2) Co-ordinate all local Service activities in connection with the evacuation.

d. AOCINCSTC is to appoint an Air Deputy to the Chief of Staff's Group at CINCFLEET and an AT detachment commander to act as the AT adviser to the OCR.

e. CINCUKLF or CGRM is to appoint a Land Deputy to the Chief of Staff's Group at CINCFLEET.

106. Operations Commanded by Commander-in-Chief United Kingdom Land Forces.

a. CINCUKLF is to exercise operational command over all forces assigned to the operation. Operational command of Naval forces assigned to the operation is to be exercised through a Naval Deputy in the Chief of Staff's Group at HQ UKLF. Operational command of STC aircraft assigned to the operation is to be exercised through an Air Deputy in the Chief of Staff's Group at HQ UKLF. Operational command of AT forces will normally be delegated to AOC 1 Gp.

b. Tactical command of in-theatre Naval forces is normally to be delegated to the Senior Naval Officer (Afloat) (SNO(A)) as Officer in Tactical Command (OTC).

C. Operational control of RAF air assets in theatre is delegated to the JFC and is normally exercised through the RAF Air Commander.

d.

CINCUKLF is to appoint an OCR in the country concerned. The OCR will:

(2) Coordinate all local Service activities in connection with the evacuation.

CINCFLEET is to appoint a Naval Deputy to the Chief of Staff's Group at HQ UKLF.

107. Operations Commanded by Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief Strike Command.

AOCINCSTC is to exercise operational command over all forces committed to the operation. Operational command of Naval or Land forces assigned to the operation is to be exercised through a Naval or Land Deputy on the Chief of Staff's Group at HQ STC. Operational command of AT forces will normally be delegated to AOC 1 Gp.
