As requested, I attach the latest layout plans for CWR with Tamar removed and with Tamar retained and a draft paper on CWR which is intended to give you some background information.

With Tamar removed, the total 1 and available for development is about 22.8 ha of commercial sites and 4.2 ha of residential sites. The estimated land revenue (undiscounted) for these sites is $77.3 billion made up of $75 billion for commercial and $2.3 billion for residential sites.

With Tamar retained, there would be a loss of between 10 and 14 ha of commercial sites resulting in a loss in land revenue (undiscounted) of between $39 billion and $54 billion.

The engineering cast of development acquisition is $14 bilion (including trunk road and MTR link) with Tamar removed and $13.4 billion with Tamar retained.

chart programme of works and a staging plan.

Please note that the information given at this stage is provisional and subject to completion of the draft Final Report.
