INMARSAT capital requirements and utilization
charges in the same proportion, to pay such
entity the same proportion of the payments it
receives from INMARSAT in accordance with
Article 5(2) of the Convention.

entity participating in the investment share

the Council in the capacity of an alternate and
on a permanent basis, in accordance with Article
