Minor injuries will be treated by a Port Health Doctor at the

scene and will not affect this operation. In case of major injuries or illnesses, Colony Polmil will indicate whether the vessel will be detained pending the recovery of the person/s concerned or whether it will be

evicted without them.

Maps and Plans

Admiralty Charts will be used as reference for any position used during this operation. However, positions in latitude and longitude which are to be conveyed to or from Colony Polmil are to be accompanied by or replaced with a bearing (in compass points) and distance from

Warlan Island.

RC M will exercise command through Marine Police R CCC and instructions/requests to or from Colony Polmil, HMS Tamar or other

departments will also be through M RCCC.

All communications in this operation are to be considered 'confidential' and should thus be sent in a secure manner, preferably

W.T. in the case of Police Launches, Joint Police Navy communication

Sitreps and Incident Reports

Sitreps will be sent to M RCCC as requested or at 4 hourly intervals. Incidents will be reported immediately.
