the "Hong Kong Future" problem well, which is a decrease

from 20% in May/June 1989. On the other hand, 21% of

people considered that the Government has exerted a lot of efforts in solving the problem. This is slightly higher than the figure recorded in May/June 1989 (17%)

The percentage of people saying that civil servants' working attitudes were good increased from 38% in May/June 1989 to 41% in this survey
