Expectations in Hong Kong about our proposed nationality scheme

Taking every opportunity to mobilise international support for

Hong Kong. Prime Minister will raise at CHOGM.

Also taking other measures to restore confidence eg announcement

in Governor's speech to LegCo on 11 October that Hong Kong Government will be pressing ahead with plans for new airport and

will be spending some £10 billion on new infrastructure projects.
