Dependent Territories' Liaison Group

I attach a revised version of the paper "Administrative Support for Governors in Budgetary-Aided Dependent Territories in the Caribbean" for discussion at the next meeting of the Group in September.

The only amendment, made at the request of our Finance Department, is to attribute the paper specifically to CAD instead of the broader "ODA".
