Amendment

In paragraph 3, paragraph (b) of the definition of "handicapped", repeal "Medical and Health Services of the Medical and Health Department" and substitute -

"Health of the Department of Health or the Director of Hospital Services of the Hospital Services Department".

(a) In section 2, before the definition of "hospital", add
