Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165)
Amendment
In paragraph 3, paragraph (b) of the definition of "handicapped", repeal "Medical and Health Services of the Medical and Health Department" and substitute -
"Health of the Department of Health or the Director of Hospital Services of the Hospital Services Department".
(a) In section 2, before the definition of "hospital", add
""Director",
in relation to
registration of
maternity homes,
means
the
Director of
Health and, in
relation
to
registration of
hospitals and
nursing homes,
means
the
Director
of
Hospital Services;".
