Hong Kong people will have the opportunity to put forward views/suggestions on every aspect of the draft. I hope that a consensus will emerge through the process of consultation and debate which will command general support and in which Hong Kong people will have confidence. Will play our part in ensuring that these views and the intensity of feelings in Hong Kong are reflected to
the Chinese authorities.
