FAC Inquiry into Hong Kong: Oral Briefing

The Secretary of State has seen your minute of 16 February. He is content to give an introductory talk to the FAC at 1045 am on 8 March. As we have PQs that day, it is unclear how long the Secretary of State will be able to stay with the meeting, but he would plan to be there until no later than 1230.
