Mr Robert Wilson, Clerk to the Committee, is calling on Mr McLaren at 4 pm on Thursday, 26 January. The purpose of the call will be to discuss practical arrangements and other administrative details of the enquiry. Mr McLaren has asked that you and I and Mr Footman should be present.

I suggest you liaise with Mr McLaren's PA to arrange a time when you can make an introductory call on Mr McLaren, prior to the Thursday afternoon meeting.
