原有條例第18(1)條容許在旁註加添詞句提及英國制定的法律,第18(3)條 說明旁註並無任何法律效力。

修訂第18(1)條,從而使提及英國制定的法律的詞句可作為條文的註腳。

3. 擴大第18(3)條的範圍,從而將「條文標題」包括在內。由於可用「條文標 題」作註釋,故現行將註釋置於頁邊的慣例將會終止。

4. 建議方式估計每年約可節省價值$40,000物資及減少300個生產工時。本 草案不會對政府人手需求方面有所影響。
