SINO-FRENCH JUDICIAL CO-OPERATION AGREEMENT

Further to my letter of 3 March I now discover that the French text of the agreement as signed was actually published in an open parliamentary document of 5 November 1987, when the Senate approved it. I enclose a copy, which may be used freely.

The law of ratification was promulgated on 10 December 1987, but the final text of the agreement has still not been published, as far as we can discover.
