Article 30
Chapter 6
FINAL CLAUSE
Ratification and Coming into Force
This Agreement has to be ratified and the exchange of
Instruments of Ratification shall take place in Beijing.
This
Agreement shall come into force from the thirtieth day after the day on
which the Instruments of Ratification are exchanged.
Article 31
Termination
Either contracting party may request to terminate this
Agreement by serving written notice on the other party. This Agreement
shall lapse twelve months from the date notice of its termination is
served, otherwise the Agreement shall remain valid in perpetuity.
Signed in duplicate at Warsaw on 5 June 1987 in the Polish and
Chinese languages, both texts being equally authentic.
This Agreement is signed and sealed by the plenipotentiary of
each party as a pledge to honour this Agreement.
