On re-reading sections 92 and 93 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982, together with amendments, I wonder if we do not have a problem over section 92(4). At present, as I read our amendments, section 92(5) will apply to both sections 93 and 93A but section 92(4) will apply to neither of these sections, though the definition contained in it seems equally applicable. If this is right, perhaps the easiest way of dealing with the problem is to leave sections 92 (5) and 93 (3) as they are, and to insert the wording of section 93(3) into section 93A.
