We are content with this clause.

Ad Hoc Extradition and the Colonies

Our only comment on this clause is that the word "of" in the first line of sub-clause (2) should probably be "or".

Repatriation

We agree with your inclusion of a reference to the repatriation clause in the amendments to the Acts giving effect to the International conventions.

Torture

We have no comments on this from the extradition point of view.
