Film Censorship
follows
"(d) article 19 of the
International
Covenant
on
Civil and Political Rights
(which deals
with
the
principle of freedom of
expression)."; and
(b) that under clause 10(2)(c),
the powers of the censor
should remain unchanged but
that the ad hoc group should
be informed that it would be
the invariable practice of
the Authority to assign two
advisers whenever a film is
submitted which is likely to
be considered for censorship
under clause 10(2) (c).
