Born on 25 May 1925 in Binh Tri Thien Province 1970 entered Foreign Service
Deputy Director of the 4th Department for Asia
Ambassador in Albania. Now Deputy Director of Consular Department of MFA.
Mr Nguyen Can
Born on 1 February 1930 in Duc Tho District, Nghe Tinh Province
Before working in Security Service, he was a teacher. Now he is Director of Immigration Department of Ministry of Interior.
Mr Le Huu Hung
Born 10 October 1950 in Nghe Tinh Province
