LETTER TO THE PM FROM US
A 1. No 10 have asked for a draft reply for Private Secretary
signature to a letter from US Senator Brock Adams about the visit to
Hong Kong by a representative of the Indo China Research Action
Centre.
2. I submit a draft letter for the Private Secretary's signature,
together with a self explanatory covering Private Secretary's
letter. The text of the draft reply letter is identical to that
of the reply to a letter from Congressman Norman Mineta which
issued from No 10 on 6 October.
