The Greater Toronto Vietnamese Refugees Assistance Committee presents its compliments to the British High Commission and would like to request them to forward to Her Excellency Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and the British Cabinet the attached petition beseeching Her Majesty Government to act to help the Boat People refugees.
While thanking the British Government and people for the generous assistance given to the Vietnamese refugees in the past, we wish to avail ourselves of this opportunity to renew to the British High Commission the expression of our highest consideration.
