MENTAL HEALTH (AMENDMENT)

(2) Section 5(1)(b) of the Judicial Proceedings (Regulation of Reports Ordinance is amended by deleting "or IV" and substituting the following

", IV or IVA”.

(3) The Securities Ordinance is amended-

(Cap. 333.)

(a)

in section 53(1)(a)(ii) by deleting "patient, as defined in section 2 of that Ordinance" and substituting the following—

"person suffering or appearing to suffer from mental disorder within the meaning of that Ordinance";

(b) in section 55(2)(a) by deleting sub-paragraph (i) and substituting

the following--

(Cap. 136.)

"(i) suffers or appears to suffer from mental disorder within the meaning of the Mental Health Ordinance;".
