In addition to the said hourly rates, the H.K. Government
shall reimburse the
Secretary of State in respect of the
following disbursements:
(a)
(b)
printing copying or stationery charges;
cablegrams telephones postages and air freight charges
or fees;
(c) travelling and subsistence within the United Kingdom;
(d) all other minor disbursements.
4.
Payment for all work carried out in Hong Kong by the
Inspectorate in performance of any of the said duties shall be
based on the following daily rates, which do not attract VAT and
which shall be subject to amendment from time to time in
accordance with the rates notified by the Secretary of State.
