Tuesday, March 8 The Guangdong Nuclear Power Joint Venture Company yesterday issued a statement, dismissing a report in a HK newspaper that the Daya Bay plant would be delayed for completion, the media reported.

Some papers noted that t'e ng had not received sny notice about a delay of the project.

However, the HK Economic Journal quoted a reliable source as reiterating that the nuclear project would be delayed for ond year.
