MIGA: MULTILATERAL INVESTMENT GUARANTEE AGENCY CONVENTION

1.

The UK ratified the above convention on 9 April. On 29 April an Order in Council extended the Convention to Hong Kong. Hong Kong have now asked us to forward copies of these two documents.

2. The ODA have been leading on this but do not have documents. They have suggested that they may be with NTD. I should be grateful if you could let me know whether they are with your department and if so whether we could have copies to send, to Hong Kong by bag.
