(b) GOVERNMENT HOUSE, HONG KONG:

Hong Kong say that they do not have an international direct dial facility at Government House and would have to install one if required. They say international calls can be placed easily through the Govenment House exchange which operates 24 hours a day. They therefore hope these arrangements will be considered adequate.
