1. In your minute of 25 March to Mr Bacon you suggested that a suitable date for a targetted drinks party for MPs interested in Hong Kong might be towards the end of April.

I have now discussed this with Mr Bacon. Timing that would suit Lord Glenarthur and is likely to be convenient for MPs would be 1800 on Wednesday 27 April.
