RELATIONS WITH PARLIAMENT : HONG KONG

1. Lord Glenarthur was grateful for the suggested guest list for a drinks party for Parliamentarians interested in Hong Kong which he will hold on 27 April. We are now inviting those named (although Lord Kennet has fallen by the way-side for non-Hong Kong reasons).

2. We are also trying to make contact with Lord Glenarthur's PPS, Mr Greg Knight MP, both to invite him and to see whether he has any further suggestions.
