Sir, I am sorry that the period covered in my

answer was not directly corresponding to the

period asked in the question, because all the

records of the police are kept manually, and in

the short time available we can only give yearly

figures, but I will endeavour

to provide Mrs. CHOW with the required figures. (See. Annex III)
