the introduction actively pursuing now Professional Registration Ordinances for the Architectural, Engineering, Surveying and Planning professions.

This should be

and the Accounting

the Legal professions, registration of the four professions associated with the building industry is not governed by statute except when specifically required under the Buildings Ordinance.

To maintain and to further the high professional standards in Hong Kong, and to protect the interest of the public, we must have a good system of professional registration in place.
