SECRETARY FOR LANDS AND WORKS: Sir, I am thanking Mr. HO
and the Legislative Council ad hoc group on their working in
considering the amendments to the Building (Planning)
Regulations. I would like to make a point that the
Building Authroity will look closely at all the points
raised by the ad hoc group in process in particular those
made this afternoon by Mr. HO and will consult with the
relevant professional bodies.
And as far
the as practice notice is concerned for
л
authorised
persons, I understand it is already in
preparation. One point I should make is, I am by no means
confident that the Administration will be in a very early
position to undertake the Herculean
task of the
comprehensive review of all the Building Regulations.
