Hong Kong: Sir David Wilson's despatches

The Secretary of State was grateful for your submission of 31 March. He has commented that the papers form an extremely good source of background material. He has commented that we need to get across rather more in public how far we have come in the last 4 years, particularly in securing Chinese acquiescence in more representative government.
