Job hunters told not to go to Hainan General Office of the State Council issued a circular today [4th February] asking all localities to do well in dissuading job hunters from going to Hainan. The circular states: According to the preparatory group for the establishment of Hainan province, an ever-increasing number of people have come to Hainan from various parts of the country to look for jobs since the latter half of last year.
