(2) Section 33 of the Crimes Ordinance is amended

by deleting "or" at the end of paragraph (a);

(b) by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (b)

and substituting the following

"; or"; and

(c) by inserting, after paragraph (b) the following

(3) Section 24A (1) of the Criminal Procedure

Ordinance is amended by inserting, after paragraph (a), the
