wording of proposed direction under CWHK's licence
"Members advised and the Acting Governor
ordered pursuant to paragraph (1) of the First Schedule of the licence granted to Cable and Wireless (Hong Kong) Limited under sections 7 and 34 of the Telecommunication Ordinance (Chapter 106) that a direction be given deleting from the exclusive services referred to in the said paragraph (1) the existing and future microwave links established by China Light and Power Company Limited between fixed points in Hong Kong and China for the purpose of cross-border electricity connection.'
