(a) did not know that the advertising material to

which the charge relates satisfied neither of the

conditions specified in subsection (2); and

(b) made such inquiries as were reasonable in his

circumstances to ascertain whether any such

conditions had been satisfied.

Board of Review.

21.

(1)

PART VII

ESTABLISHMENT OF BOARD OF REVIEW

AND FUNCTIONS OF BOARD

For the purposes of this Ordinance, there is

hereby established a Board of Review.

(2) The Board shall consist of the following

members

(a)

the Secretary ex officio;

(b)

(c)

3 other persons being public officers appointed

by the Governor; and

6 other persons not being public officers

appointed by the Governor.

(3) Subject to sections 22(6), 23(7) and 24(8), at a

meeting 6 members shall form a quorum.
