(6) Where the censor refuses to approve the
advertising material under subsection (2)(b), the Authority
shall forthwith give written notice of the censor's
decision to the person who submitted the advertising
material under section 16 and shall state in the notice the
reasons for the censor's decision.
(7) Where a condition endorsed on a certificate of
approval issued under this section is contravened, the
Authority may revoke the certificate by notice in writing
served either personally or by registered post on the
person to whom the certificate was issued.
(8) For the purposes of subsections (2), (3), (4),
(5) and (6), the references to "censor" and "advertising
material" mean, respectively, the censor assigned under
subsection (1) in respect of advertising material and the
advertising material in respect of which that censor is so
assigned.
(9) No fee shall be payable for advertising material
dealt with under this section.
