(F) in paragraph (a)(ii) of the definition, by deleting “sh be pensionable" and substituting the following-

"shall be the holder of an established office";

(vii) in the definition of "public service❞—

(A) in paragraph (a), by deleting "of the Colony";

(B) in paragraph (b), by deleting "or the East African Rail- ways Corporation" and substituting the following---

"non-established"; and

(x) by deleting the definition of "Secretary of State";
