""highest pensionable emoluments" means the highest pen- sionable emoluments determined in accordance with the regulations made under this Ordinance;
"Judicial Service Commission" means the Judicial Service Commission established by the Judicial Service Commis- sion Ordinance;
"non-established office" means an office in the public service
which is not an established office;
"notional highest pensionable emoluments" means the highest pensionable emoluments enjoyed or drawn by an officer during his service which are deemed for the purposes of this Ordinance to be increased in value by the same percentage as the authorized increase since the date when he left the service up to the date he attains the age of 55 years or the date of his death, whichever is the earlier;";
(iv) in the definition of "other public service", by deleting “of the Colony";
(v) in the definition of "pensionable emoluments" by deleting "in this Colony" and substituting the following—
"under the Government";
(vi) in the definition of "pensionable office"-
(A) by deleting ""pensionable office" means" and substituting
the following
""established office" means";
(B) by deleting "in the Colony" and substituting the follow-
ing
"under the Government";
(C) by deleting "a pensionable" wherever it occurs, other than in paragraph (b) of the definition, and substituting in each case the following-
"an established";
(D) in paragraph (a)(ii) of the definition, by deleting "continue to be pensionable until declared to be no longer pension- able by" and substituting the following-
"be an established office until it is no longer an established office by virtue of”;
(E) in paragraph (a)(ii) of the definition, by deleting "of the
Colony" and substituting the following--
"under the Government"; and
