(b) an officer retires in the public interest under

section 11(1)(e); or

(c) an officer compulsorily retires under section

11(1)(f),

the pension which has been granted to him may be cancelled,

suspended or reduced, or he may not be granted a pension or

a pension granted to him may be suspended or reduced, as

the case may be.

(2) If any person is convicted and sentenced as

specified in subsection (1)(a) after retirement in

circumstances in which he is eligible for pension but

before the pension is granted, any pension eventually

granted to him may be cancelled, suspended or reduced.

(3) For the purposes of subsections (1) and (2), the

Governor may determine -

(a) whether a pension shall be cancelled, suspended

or reduced, or shall not be granted, as the case

may be;

(b) the date from which the pension shall be

cancelled, suspended or reduced; and
